Diversity is not only a moral imperative, but also a source of strength, creativity, and innovation. However, achieving diversity is not enough; we also need to foster inclusion, equity, and belonging for all people in our society. How can we navigate the challenges and opportunities of diversity in the 21st century? How can we leverage the insights and innovations from various disciplines and sectors to create a more just and harmonious world?
These are some of the questions that will be explored at the International Conference 2024: Navigating Diversity: Insights and Innovations (ICND 2024), which will be held on June 15-17, 2024 in Toronto, Canada. ICND 2024 is a multidisciplinary conference that aims to bring together scholars, practitioners, policymakers, activists, and students from different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives to share their research, experiences, and ideas on diversity-related topics.
